Man United Fight Back To Win 3-2
2011-01-25 22:44:00 This evening Manchester United fought back from being 2-0 down to Blackpool to win 3-2 and go five points clear of Arsenal in the Premier League. There was no Rio Ferdinand for United after he failed to fully recover from a groin injury but Rafael Da Silva did return after serving a one-match ban. The full starting line-up was: Van Der Sar, Rafael, Smalling, Vidic, Evra, Scholes, Gibson, Fletcher, Nani, Rooney and Berbatov. Blackpool took the lead on the 15th minute after some very poor marking from Man United from a corner, former Man United player Craig Cathcart was there to head past Van Der Sar. Nemanja Vidic almost gave Blackpool a 2-0 lead but luckily for the United defender, Van Der Sar was able to get a hand on his header. Blackpool continued to pile on the pressure with Elliot Grandin firing over, Luke Varney saw his attempt deflect off a Man United player and away for a corner, if it hadn't taken a deflection that could have been a second goal. Had a look aroundon the net for some places of interest and found some old pictures of the Pool.Blackpool Tower is a tourist attraction in Blackpool, Lancashire in England which was opened to the public on 14 May 1894 Inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris it rises to 158m (518ft 9 inches). The Tower is a member of the World Federation of Great Towers. The tower can be seen from Barrow-in-Furness across Morecambe Bay 21 miles (35 km) away. It is a Grade One listed building. A few more typical seaside funny here just for good measure.The oldest part of the building is the aquarium which was was part of Dr Cockers' Menagarie and Aquarium in the 1870s. We usually go once a summer, at least, but didn't get the chance to go this year with the baby. Blackpool has the UK's oldest theme park which is also one of the UK's biggest tourist attractions. I would love to be able to take a trip just to visit their park. I'm sure my husband would agree. They have some of the UK's and the worlds best rides as voted for by visitors. I heard about this hotel from my other friend who work in Saudi Arabia and had visited United Kingdom two years ago. They have a very high rating in review like cleanliness, quality of room, customer service, quality of food, and etc. Cleanliness is the first that I valued most and customer service is the next because I want to feel at home. 90% said that they will come back to stay there if they will visit UK next time around. Blackpool Council approved the application at their Public Protection Sub-Committee meeting. Tuk-tuks are the South East Asian engine powered versions of rickshaws - pedal-powered taxis that are popular in central London. The application in the resort follows the successful introduction of a fleet of Tuk-tuks in Brighton last year.
