Well, the thing is, the thoughts are becoming more and more detailed the longer I go on living. Usually I will be fine one moment, then as I go to bed I begin to get screeching sounds in my ears and images of the dead and dieing are flashed through my mind. Sometimes these thoughts get so bad, I can feel a knife in my hands and I begin punching myself in the chest, wishing that the 'knife' would pierce through and get to my heart. However, once those images stop coming, I begin to have thoughts about how and when I should kill myself.
