2007-06-30 08:32:00 Right, this is me at the Blue Ridge Mountain in North Carolina. This spot is called Linn Cove duct. It has a breathe-taking view from the mountain top. Tho' it's not one of the highest peak in the range, it's a beauty in its own rights. You know how they sing about being on top of the world and such..? Well, this is about that feelin'. It was an easy hike up the mountain. We drove our car along the blue ridge parkway, which basically is a road twirling through the mountain range of Blue ridge. We parked our car at the Linn Cove spot and started hiking up. This is my favourite hike cos of it's rocky nature, unlike many of the tropical hikes we have here, with lots of wet forest and soil. There are also rare vegetation along the path.
