McKnight is scheduled to appear in the production at the Ambassador Theatre through Nov. 18.As a warmup, the performer will play Flynn in the national tour of the show at Washington's Warner Theatre, Sept. 25-Oct. 7.The Broadway company currently has a new, Tony-winning Mama Morton - Adriane Lenox.
