TARTA DE QUESO DE BURGOS Y MANZANA
2007-05-31 17:52:00 La receta de esta tarta me la dio mi amiga Sonia, os la pongo aquí con reportaje.Solo un problema, la base de manzana me quedó demasiado blanda, la próxima le hago la base de galletas y mantequilla, encima le pongo la pasta de manzana y encima la crema, porque de sabor está exquisita.INGREDIENTES 500 gr de queso fresco de Burgos tres huevos 1 cucharada de edulcorante 1 limón 3 Manzanas Aceite Canela molida Se pelan y cortan las manzanas en rodajas finas. Las ponemos en una sartén con un poquito de aceite y canela molida a fuego bajo para que se ablanden.Engrasamos un molde con aceite y lo forramos con las manzanas aplastadas y mezcladas con un poco de canela molida. En un bol ponemos el queso de burgos, el edulcorante, un huevo y dos yemas. Mezclamos bien y añadimos la ralladura del limón. Batimos con la minipimer hasta hacer una pasta.y vertemos sobre la masa de manzanas. Metemos en el horno caliente durante unos 30 minutos a unos 180º. Los bordes tienen que quedar doraditos.HE AQ...

2007-05-06 03:32:00 Amby Burgos was selected as the pitcher to be designated for assignment to make room for Jorge Sosa. In 12 games Burgos pitched 15.1 innings with a 4.11 ERA, allowing 7 ER on 12 hits (2HR) and 7 walks while striking out 12. Burgos struggled when assigned to more then one inning and Urdaneta can give them that flexibility. While he's still inconsistent, Burgos was vastly improved and going down will allow him to build his confidence pitch against weaker hitters. I'm still not sure if Urdaneta was eligible for optioning and Burgos may have been the only pitcher that could be sent down.To make room for Jorge Sosa, the Mets optioned Ambiorix Burgos to the minors. Burgos had an awful start, but has improved. Still, the confidence level for him isn’t there. He needs more work than he will get at this level. source John Delcos

The team made it official that they will recall Jorge Sosa to start tomorrow nights game. Chan Ho Park has agreed to accept the assignment to the minors, Park could have opted for free agency but chose to stay with the team and try to prove his worth. The Mets will decide between Lino Urdaneta and Ambiorix Burgos as the player to be sent down. I'm not sure if Urdaneta can be sent down; I know last year Health Bell was optioned and then Pedro was injured, the team wanted to recall Bell but couldn't because the CBA didn't allow a recall for ten days, so Henry Owens came up. I'm not sure how the CBA reads it might not allow a second move within ten days or it might only restrict returns after being optioned.With Oliver Perez progressing, the Mets have added another project to their rotation. After this spring it's easy to understand why a low-budget team like the Royals would rush him to the Bigs. But its also clear why he became expendable to the Royals, despite all of his raw talent Burgos is extremely inconsistent. During an outing he'll awe you with one strikeout after another and then in the next he can't get through the inning.His fastball tips the scales at triple digits but has little movement. For major league hitters if they know it's coming, they can catch up to it and the pummeling is on. He struggled to hit the corners with his slider and patient hitters drew walks. Once he gave up a walk, he gave up on the slider and it was a steady diet of fastballs. But his slider wasn't that far off, it would either nick the corner or just miss outside.
