Casey Serin Closes Escape My House

I joined this site some time ago as it was supposed to be the next big thing and a tool in helping my mortgage business. The Real Reason My Deal With Casey Serin Didn’t Work Out
2007-06-22 21:38:00 As many of you know, in late February, early March 2007 I tried to negotiate a deal with Casey Serin to help monetize his blog and shift it’s focus from being a blog circus to one that provided resources for people facing foreclosure. Having read about many of his failed deals I thought we could put together something that would suit both parties. At the forefront were some conditions for the relationship.Like I said on the phone, I do have a few conditions. The first being you get a job, any job. I don't even care what it is, so long as you get paid on a regular basis. At this point it should be a full time job, but there are plenty of jobs out there that allow for flexible schedules and such.The second is that we have a written agreement. As some of you may know I decided to write about Casey Serin and his story awhile back. Since then I have just been reading each post to see how his foreclosure situation and life progressed. I was amazed at how many people actually visited his blog called Iamfacingforeclosure.com each day. In the beginning it was just a few people. Then, once the USA Today article came out his site really began to take off. I have to admit that reading the Casey Serin?s blog is sort of a guilty pleasure for me.
