Delayed Judicial Review into Highly Skilled Migrant Programme changes frust

The HSMP Forum applied to the High Court in February this year for a review into the retrospective nature of changes to the visa application process. Five months later, with many migrants having had their right to work in the UK withdrawn, the group has yet to receive a date for a hearing. Amit Kapadia, director of the HSMP Forum, said: "Many HSMP holders are concerned about the delays to the Judicial Review as their visas are soon expiring. Our lawyers are doing their best to pursue further progress, but it seems the Administrative Courts are busy. We are confident that it will come up soon." 2007-06-25 16:36:00 If you haven't noticed, Skatterbox is undergoing some cosmetic changes...primarily intended to increase the focus on content. I decided that it would be a much better experience for my readers, because thats who I care about and why I write.The first noticeable change has been the elimination of the sub header (with the stacked stone image) which was taking up way too much screen "real estate" and pushing a lot of content below the fold.The second (and biggest) change was the removal of advertising. My intent was not to blog to make money...but I did want to understand it. So using my blog as a testing ground was a great learning experience and a lot of fun...but its time to devote full focus to my audience now.So I hope that the changes make it an overall better experience for you. Over the next few days I will be expanding my blog roll to include a bigger list of sites I frequent. To maintain seawater quality the aquarist measures various parameters. For example, the fish only aquarist may measure pH, ammonia and nitrate levels. The aquarist keeping a reef goes further than that, in addition measuring calcium, alkalinity, magnesium etc. So if the measurements are correct, that's fine, yes? Well, logically the answer should be yes.
