Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup is now down to 49 cents, and there's this $1/4 printable that would bring them down to a quarter apiece. Nestle morsels are $2, or $1.50 after the $.50/1 coupon from one of the 11/8 coupon inserts. Ocean Spray juice cocktail is still $1.98, so it's still a buck with this $1/1 Target coupon. They're advertising a Lexmark 3-in-1 scanner/copier printer for just $39.99, including ink. When we first bought one of these devices, it was $300! Different brand, but still. And since our old one broke, I'm very tempted to grab one even though of course the hubs says we should shop around.

2009-03-05 16:24:00 Me suele pasar mucho con la fruta; la compró con mucha decisión, pensando que la voy a disfrutar comiéndola entre horas, tal y como recomiendan las buenas prácticas nutricionales, y luego me olvido de ella con una facilidad casi senil. Para cuando me quiero dar cuenta tengo un montón de fruta demasiado madura y tengo que pensar en alguna receta de urgencia, para no tener que tirarla.Inspirándome en la mermelada de chocolate y pera de Chocolate Factory, elaborada con pera confitada, ingenié la forma de librarme de tres peras que estaban en la nevera, a punto de aprender a hablar. Busqué antecedentes sobre una mermelada similar, y encontré una receta fantástica sin azúcar de Raquel Rico, editora de Cucharada de palo. He añadido algunos cambios y he adaptado los pasos de thermomix, a cocina tradicional. El resultado me ha encantado: un equilibrio perfecto entre dulzura y acidez, con el seductor toque de la canela.
