Bush, McCain, Greenspan warned of financial problems
2009-04-11 05:44:00 PLEASE Share BEFORE IT IS REMOVED!! This video clearly shows that George Bush warned Congress starting in 2001, that this economic crisis was Coming, if something was not done. But Congress refused to listen, along with the arrogant Congressman, Barney Frank. This video says it all. The liberal media reportedly did not want this video ...

If Chuck Schumer were a Republican. . . .
2008-10-20 13:00:00 . . . the MSM would be demanding an investigation and Democrats would be demanding his resignation. According to the Wall Street Journal, New York Sen. Charles Schumer’s public criticism of IndyMac Bancorp last summer, which critics say helped spark a run on deposits that took under the troubled thrift, came while IndyMac’s assets were being eyed ...

Chuck Schumer: Bite Your Tongue
2008-06-08 22:10:00 New York Senator Chuck Schumer (who doesn't like his junior senator much) positions his lizard tongue to lick the #1 crack in the "18 million cracks in the glass ceiling" after Hil's I-I-I-Me-Me-Me exit yesterday. "I always wanted to taste defeat." Captions anyone? Certainly you can do better than Shakespeare: "Let the candied tongue lick absurd pomp." Hamlet Act IIIHillary and Bill should've heeded Shakespeare's "Give thy thoughts no tongue."

There is no opposition party in Washington
2007-11-19 14:46:00 In describing the Democratic response to Bush’s sabre-rattling toward Iran, Power of Narrative’s Arthur Silber summed things up neatly: They don’t object because — they don’t object. The only thing wrong with Silber’s assessment is that it was limited to Iran. In truth, you could just as easily use those seven succinct words to characterize the Democratic Party in general. Time and time again, on critical issue after critical issue, the Democrats fall in line with their Republican leaders and do what they’re asked. They do the will of the GOP instead of the will of the people. They act in the interests of the nation’s narrow power elite instead of in the public interest. They follow instead of leading. And they do so because - they don’t object. Some examples illustrate the point. Despite winning a majority in both houses of Congress largely on America’s unhappiness with our open-ended occupation of Iraq, and despite cont...
Stop the insanity: Key ?liberal? says Gingrich a ?great thinker?
2007-11-08 01:27:00 And you college football fans thought you were having a weird year. Pity the poor political junkies. This all happened in just the last couple of days: a Libertarian candidate raked in over $4 million in one day, a liberal senator says Newt Gingrich is a genius, and supposedly fed-up Dems capitulated on yet another Bush nominee. The latest Evans-Novak Political Report has quite a bit on Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX), the so-called “fringe” candidate running for the White House. Paul’s online haul is, per the report, “the largest single day of online fundraising in political history, and the largest single day of donations for any Republican candidate ever.” The report crows quite a bit about Paul, but that shouldn’t come as a total shock, as Novak has previously sung the praises of the Texas maverick. Speaking of singing praises, liberal Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) says that wannabe president Newt Gingrich, disgruntled architect of the Contract with Ameri...
In 2004, Chuck Schumer Supported the Right of Bush to Use Torture at His Di
2007-11-05 05:18:00 [From: BuzzFlash] Submitted by mark karlin A BUZZFLASH NEWS ANALYSIS Even though Mukasey is best buddies with Rudy Giuliani (which tells you a lot already), Chuck Schumer championed him for the AG spot with such zeal you would have thought Chuck was mainlining speed. But after Mukasey refused to declare waterboarding and other torture as illegal, many thought Schumer, ...

Has Chuck Schumer Gone Off The Deep End?
2007-08-27 20:15:00 It has been reported that "mister" Schumer stated in a phone interview this morning on Fox and Friends that American Politics supersedes the Rule of Law.Did anybody hear that and in what context was it stated?
Chuck Schumer's Imaginary Friends
2007-01-27 01:37:01 This is... well, quite disturbing. Biking through New York's boroughs in 2005, I thought about some old friends, Joe and Eileen Bailey. Though they are imaginary, I frequently talk to them. To me, they represent the hardworking and often-ignored families who are not tuned in to special-interest newsletters or editorial pages, but want a little something more from their government and their leaders. Ooooooookay. If the Baileys (or is that Joe and Eileen O'Reilly, Chuck?) are imaginary, perhaps Senator Schumer only *thinks* they want more government in their lives. Who really knows? I guess it depends on what milligram level he took that day before his "bike ride." And here I thought the contest for the Democrat Senator with the most dissolved brain cells was between Ted Kennedy or Robert Byrd (D-KKK). -Bruce (GayPatriot)
