Former Clinton Aide & Current NYT Editor Rejects McCain Column
2008-07-21 19:53:00
…because it doesn’t “mirror” Obama’s. Media bias? What media bias? Here is the text of McCain’s column that was rejected, courtesy of The Drudge Report: In January 2007, when General David Petraeus took command in Iraq, he called the situation ?hard? but not ?hopeless.? Today, 18 months later, violence has fallen by ...
HIV Travel Ban & Bill Clinton?s Legacy

The House is expected to likewise pass this bill shortly, which President Bush has ...
Women Can Be Sexist Too: Clinton Supporters And Sexism
2008-07-13 07:49:00
This video is nothing less than a monologue on how some remaining female supporters of Senator Clinton for President are, in pointing out sexism, being sexist themselves.I point to Salon.com's Editor-in-Chief Joan Walsh as a main example and as one who looks the other way when Michelle Obama is the target of sexism and racism, but not Senator Clinton, followed by Harriet Christian, the terrible and outwardly racist Clinton supporter who gained national attention for her racist and sexist rant against Senator Barack Obama at the DNC Rules Committee Meeting of May 31st.In fact, I point to this blog "Too Sense" and the article "The Limited Empathy of Joan Walsh" where the blogger dNa writes:Walsh and Ferraro, experts both on being a black man and running for president, and presumably how easy such an endeavor is, given the vast number of black presidents we have elected. It wasn't that Obama built a top-tier fundraising organization, (from scratch) studied the primary rules and how t...
Senator Clinton and Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg On Obama Plane Wednesday
2008-07-10 08:26:00
Senator Clinton and Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg On Obama Plane Wednesday What does it tell you when Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg (who's heading Senator Barack Obama's search for a vice presidential candidate) are on the Obama airplane on the same day that Senator Obama casts a vote in favor of a slightly refined Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) that Clinton opposed? It tells me that Clinton's going to be the Vice Presidential Canidate for Obama. This story comes from The Washington Independent, who's contributor SRIDHAR PAPPU wrote:We awoke on the Obama plane on the Reagan International Airport tarmac with news that we'd have not one, but two special guests on our trip to New York. The first was Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama's onetime nemesis and now seemingly close cohort as she tries to both influence the direction of the general campaign and recoup the millions of dollars in debt she owes as the result of the rac...
What Do I Have in Common With Hillary Clinton?

A: Shots of Crown RoyalWhile there are numerous pictures of Clinton taking a shot of Crown Royal during an April campaign visit in Indiana (including the one below), there are no published pictures (I hope) of the several shots of Crown Royal I took during a wedding reception I attended on Saturday. Hillary Once Again Reveals The Fact She Had Felt “Entitled” To The Oval Office, If Even In The Role Of Vice President “How DARE they!?“, Her Royal Highness, Sir Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton SCREAMED as not only Al Gore, but even Her previously fired former campaign manager jumped up out of the blue to endorse and/or vow to work hard to get Barack Obama elected to the presidency. Such a move indicates our “Former First Black (CO) President” might not be under serious consideration for The Royal Co-Throne by our potential, “Third Black “Co-President”, Mr. Obama. Obama Leads McCain After Clinton Endorsement
2008-06-10 08:51:00
Barack Obama made gains over John McCain according to the latest presidential polling. Rasmussen and Gallup polling data from June 6 through June 8 showed a sizable bump for Obama after officially clinching the Democratic nomination. Barack Obama became the presumptive Democratic nominee last Tuesday after picking up superdelegates endorsements and pledged delegates from South Dakota and Montana. Senator Clinton met with Democratic leaders on Wednesday and later announced her intentions to withdrawal from the race and endorse Obama. With the Democratic nomination locked up and Senator Clinton endorsing Obama, Obama had a week of publicity following this major victory. According a Rasmussen poll, Obama picked up 4 points and McCain lost 2 points from the previous week. The six point swing gives Obama a 50 percent to 44 percent lead. The previous Rasmussen poll showed a dead tie between Obama and McCain. Gallup polling data showed a slightly larger swing fo...

Clinton, Crist lead DCAbloob vice-presidential polls
2008-06-09 13:51:00
U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton (D - New York) and Governor Charlie Crist (R- Florida) lead the totally unofficial DCAbloob polls for the respective Democratic and Republican vice-presidential nominations. Controversies notwithstanding, Clinton has proven a dominant choice to date in lapping the Democratic field. Ex-Vice President Al Gore (D - Tennessee) is the next closest choice. On the Republican side, Governor Sarah Palin (R - Alaska) has actually received the most first place, first ballot votes to date but falls behind Gov. Crist when the instant runoff system comes into play.Voting for each poll will continue until the end of June, or until the respective party's presumptive presidential nominee makes his VP selection, whichever comes first. Why Clinton Lost: Change and the Bush legacy
2008-06-09 01:14:00
Hitting the “Smite” button on the whole Bush legacy As Hunter has pointed out, Hillary Clinton lost the nomination for a variety of reasons and in a variety of ways, some of them seemingly counter-intuitive. For example, as the presumptive front-runner, she adopted a hyper-cautious strategy that offered voters a president-in-waiting more than a candidate. Voters ...

Barack Obama Simply Ran A Better Campaign, Says Mark Penn I know, I know — Everybody else has been writing their obituaries in the last few days for Her Royal Highness’, Sir Hillary Diane Rodham Clinton’s failed campaign, so I might as well gleefully join my fellow “Hill-hating” buzzards in circling over Her Royal Carcass as well. Why? It just FEELS good; that’s all I can give you at this moment. She’s DONE. D-O-N-E, DONE, and one can only hope Barack Obama has the guts to stick to his guns and avoid adopting Hillary Diane Rodham as his vice presidential nominee. Despite the FACT She feels “entitled” to such power, she should never be allowed to preside over the American People, much less the Senate. As Dick “Shotgun” Cheney has proven; a dangerous, egotistical, self-serving, vain, power-hungry jackass with a criminal mentality “serving” in the capacity of the “Vice President Of The United State...

Gina Gershon Still Denies Humping Bill Clinton
2008-06-08 14:15:00
As you might have heard, in the Vanity Fair article The Comeback Id, journalist Todd Purdum insinuates that former President Bill Clinton had an affair with actress Gina Gershon. As it turns out, Gina Gershon didn’t appreciate that. In an email to gossip columinst, Liz Smith, Gershon called Purdum a “sleazy liar.” She says: This makes me sick; this irresponsible journalism! Now it is everywhere, and it’s a complete lie. They never bothered fact-checking or calling anyone. I am sure it’s no accident that this lie was leaked the day before the delegates would vote. I used to love Vanity Fair magazine; now it’s just like those tabloid magazines, only without the good horoscopes!”

Hillary Clinton Makes Gracious Exit From Campaign, Endorses Obama
2008-06-08 07:09:00
On Saturday afternoon, Senator Hillary Clinton gave what had to be the most difficult speech of her career. Clinton?s speech before thousands of people packed into the National Building Museum in Washington, DC, marked the official end of her campaign. Clinton announced that she would be suspending her campaign and pledging her full support to Senator Barack Obama. After 16 months of hard fought campaigning, Clinton told the crowd at the beginning of her speech, ?This isn't exactly the party I'd planned.? Clinton found a message in Saturday?s speech that may have helped her earlier in the campaign. Clinton spoke of the glass ceiling that her 18 million supporters helped to chip away at and said she will keep fighting for them. Clinton said, ?[today] the 50th woman to leave this Earth is orbiting overhead. If we can blast 50 women into space, we will someday launch a woman into the White House.? ?Although we weren't able to shatter that highest, har...

Obama Reaches Out to Clinton Voters
2008-06-07 20:17:00
In an attempt to bridge the gap he has with uneducated white voters, Barack Obama went into a West Virginia Wall mart and bought his very first Billie Joel CD. Billie Joel's Greatest Hits. "Wow this is really awesome, Barack said after only 40 seconds of listening to it." Barack also bought the first five seasons of Friends and some new ammo for all the deer hunting he plans on doing in the next week. "Barack really is loving his new white lifestyle," said a senior Obama staff member. "He even did the tomahawk chop at the Washington National game yesterday, and the braves weren't even playing!" Ignorant whites everywhere are taking a second look at Barack.  "I thought he was too much like that  bad Ni#^ER  Malcolm X, but I think he might be more like that nice colored boy Will Smith," said an ignorant non college educated white women, who still loves Hillary.  (Blackdog fact #79, Hillary Clinton actually gets her race ...

Hillary Clinton suspends campaign, endorses Obama
2008-06-07 19:07:00
Hillary Clinton finally effectively ended her presidential campaign four days after she had already lost, endorsing fellow Democratic Senator Barack Obama for the presidential run. Clinton's campaign was officially placed under suspension, allowing for her to continue to raise money against her massive campaign debt. While it's noteworthy that Clinton finally came around to acknowledging the obvious, her concession only came after weeks of pointlessly damaging Obama. Clinton claimed up until today that Obama would have trouble winning some segments of voters in the general election. If that proves the case, it will be largely because Clinton did everything possible short of a convention fight to bring that scenario to life. If Barack Obama loses the presidential election come November, both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton should be held responsible for the defeat.
