OF those 20 Clintonville Homes that were for sale and sold last month, they averaged: 1325 sq ft Sold for $139.02/sq ft were on the market for about 93 days sold for $184,187 or around 96.5% of list price The least expensive Clintonville/43214 home to sell last month was 585 Chatham which sold for $107,500. This home was on the market two weeks. I looked at it with some clients and it was, as advertised, about 1/2 rehabbed.
