2007-12-19 06:30:00 Alcuni giorni fa ho preparato un po? di paté con dei fegatini di pollo, visto che me ne erano avanzati ho pensato a come farli andare, son genovese e ovviamente non butto via niente ? mi ricordavo che in passato, durante varie vendemmie in Toscana, avevo mangiato dei crostini di pane con i fegatini, così ho un po? elaborato l?ipotetica ricetta, e son giunto a questa preparazione. Ho aggiunto il congac per richiamare il paté mentre la salvia e l?anice stellato hanno contributo al profumo. Inoltre penso che l?anice stellato col suo colore richiami tinte autunnali e dia un tono caldo. Il gusto delicato e dolce è risultato delizioso, io li ho mangiati così da soli ma sono ottimi anche su una bruschetta di pane toscano tostato, provare per credere.
