Their most recent capture: 32-year-old Melissa Lucero, also known as Melissa O’Hara. Lucero faced charges of forgery and theft in the past. The dimwitted dude thinks that everyting is hunky-dory as long as he makes the payment eventually, most of the time in installments - and he pays his late fee. In fact, he thinks it is all about the late fee. As long as he pays it, I ought to be happy. Frankly I don't care about the late fee, but lack of his rent payment complicates my life very much. I started thinking about evicting him. For that I would gladly hire a lawyer. Does anybody perhaps know (had a positive experience) with a lawyer in the area from the subject?
