Ne-Yo, who produced Rihanna’s hit single “Take A Bow”, spilled the beans recently during an interview and said Rihanna “will say things on this album you have never heard her say before.” And while Ne-Yo may be taking the singer down the edgier angrier road, Akon, who is also collaborating with the Pop beauty, says he plans to lighten things up a bit- “I don’t want an angry Rihanna” he said.

Most of the housing co-ops and developments are either townhome complexes, old and refurbished apartment buildings in urban cores, or "pocket neighborhoods" of new, yet small individual homes arranged in a manner to maximize community and social capital. I'm finding that "missional" or "emerging" or "deconstructing and reconstructing" (insert whatever descriptive term you want here) Christians are not alone in the search for authentic community and the quest for social capital. Well, I can always use more costers!The technology's not all that new; Flexplay DVDs have have been around for about five years, though on a more limited scale. The premise remains unchanged: Flexplay's patented disc adhesive reacts to oxygen when the DVD's package is opened, beginning a slow chemical reaction that renders the disc unreadable in 48 hours.
