In keeping with the questions asked (which you totally can still do… Ask away) I have the questions asked by Mickey. What helped you battle your drug addiction? What keeps you up? What helped me battle… It is a hard question. I never actually participated in a rehab program of any sort. What happened, is in the span of 3 days: I found out that a drug dealer was after me for the bad debt of my ex-boyfriend (mistakenly believing the ex would care.) Left my apartment because those I lived with left, and I couldn’t stand those who moved in. Started for Northern California with my brother, and a hundred bucks in my pocket and all my worldly possessions. I didn’t actually MEAN to get clean. But leaving L.A. meant the dealer after me would forget about me. And moving 350 miles away meant that I didn’t know a soul - including those that could give me drugs. I ...

Having a racist pastor for 20 years is quite another, especially if that racist pastor uses his pulpit to preach not the Christian Gospel, but rather the politics of race hatred. I've been getting a lot of SPAM the recently, primarily from 3-4 companies trying to sell thier product via my site, and I'm tired of cleaning it up after the fact. From now on, all comments will have to be approved by me before they appear. The Nameless Goalie Rule I know it's confusing a few people, so I'll try to clarify this blog's rule on mentioning the Avalanche goalie's name during game threads. The purpose of this rule is to avoid jinxing the goalie, which is real and happens all the time. In the initial game thread post, I will avoid using the name, and during the game while the goalie is on the ice (or on the bench for the extra attacker), his name cannot be used. If that goalie is pulled or otherwise out of the lineup, his name can once again be used. You see? Last night, when Jose Theodore was pulled for Peter Budaj, we could once again talk about Theodore because he was out of the game, and Budaj was then off-limits because he was playing.
