Henning was out of football in 2007, but was the offensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers from 2002-2006. With Henning as OC, the Panthers went to the Super Bowl and just narrowly failed to beat the Patriots in that game. He also helped develop guys like Jake Delhomme and Steve Smith into pro-bowlers.
