RE: Hello again.‏From: mswiseSent: Thursday, 13 December 2007 10:49:33 AMTo: missmilkHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!Oh- God, those asian toilets... I couldn't use 'em either . Aren't they the most awful things in the universe?! I'm sorry, I thought they were just a Japanese thing, I always used the Western toilets 'cause I'm a sook. I did TRY to use the other ones as well... Not pleasant. As for the rat. Um... Ew. But again that makes me laugh, that's just so asian I don't know what to say . OMG how WEIRD is it to see asians absolutely EVERYWHERE?! It was like that in Japan, people stare at you because you're white, it's really awkward. No updates at the moment, I kinda have to go... I have no idea about CatBird, I'll tell her to get in touch though. Facebook should work seeing as I have no credit. TomOne should be here in about ten minutes and if I don't get off the PC I might not hear him and therefore won't let him in, THAT could be awkward.cya. xoxoxoxo

I think he's trying not to lead you on. I think he doesn't want to hurt you. I think he's a freaking moron. As if you're not going to be more hurt that you're being ignored. SDLAFKH FDLKJ DKL!!! Stupid, stupid, ignorant boy! I think you need to call him. Tell him to stop being such a headcase. Tell him you can see he's not ready for a romantic relationship so he should stop being a tool/headcase/stupid stupid moron and let you be friends with him, nothing more. And tell him he's being too negative. I know you can tell him without it sounding horrible. You can say that it's all in his head and his only problem is his negative outlook creating issues that don't really exist. You have to feel sorry for him, though. He clearly has no idea that it's all in his head. I really think someone needs to break it to him...

Hello again.‏From: mswiseSent: Wednesday, 12 December 2007 9:50:26 PMTo: missmilkHey Milk!Update time again. How're you going? You done anything else interesting? Tried any more exotic desserts? Interesting asian food? No poisoning? All good? :)My update is less than entertaining. I'm doing something with TomOne tomorrow, not sure what. It'll probably be just watching a couple of movies we've been waiting to watch together FOREVER so that'll be nice. I'm really lookinbg forward to it in fact, he's much more fun than any of the other boys I've taken up with. *sigh*DRAMA UPDATE!!! Have fun if you have time to read this... It's mostly my mini-drama brought on by depression at the despicable person that my current would-be-boyfriend is:Tom2's getting to me . I haven't seen him on MSN recently which I'm surprised to say I'm disappointed about. I've been posting on his wall on Facebook by mediocre way of compensation; but the replies I've gotten for them have been far les...

RE: Happy Birthday!!!‏ From: missmilk Sent: Sunday, 9 December 2007 1:03:03 PM To: mswise :D Awww! That is easily the nicest e-mail I've ever gotten. Thank you thank you thank you thank you. You're not so bad yourself :P I am having the nicest time here. No mother, so no drama! It is refreshing. My cousins and my aunty are lovely. Blake, the little boy, is hyperactive and Alli is lovely and friendly. Considering that I don't like children, they're not half bad. I love that they're not shy. Shy kids weird me out. They gave me a voucher for a pedicure for my birthday, which I'm looking forward to. The weather here is hot and wet all the time, which is infinitely better than hot and dry. It's monsoon season, yay! I really love it. As for the people, everyone speaks at least a little bit of English, so it's not too hard to communicate. We've found that if you buy any Western food it costs inflated Western prices, but if you buy Asian food you can get, like, a big plate of n...

Dear Gopaldass, Until yesterday I was unable to bring myself to try the exercise again. There was a constant fear thatI might not be able tolift the heavy veil of depression the second time. From the site:Darwin's correspondence provides us with an invaluable source of information, not only about his own intellectual development and social network, but about Victorian science and society in general. They provide a remarkably complete picture of the development of his thinking, throwing light on his early formative years and the years of the voyage of the Beagle, on the period which led up to the publication of The Origin of Species and the subsequent heated debates. The first available section is entitled "Darwin and Religion," which includes "Design in Nature," "Belief," "Ethics and Society," and the "Boundaries of Science and Religion." Re: Correspondence

I send a lot of emails to potential clients.  I usually see a posting on craigslist or Digital Webbing about some needed illustration, cartooning, design, lettering, something.  I also get a ton of emails from Guru, an online freelance group that allows you to bid on projects that companies or people post.  The project coordinator then accepts a bid and there’s a whole escrow payment thing involved.  Plus, the free account only allows you 10 bids a month.  It’s terrible time consuming to create a bid proposal and fill out all the forms so I’ve only done it a couple times. However, in following the less tedious routes, I’ve noticed something interesting about people looking to hire artistic talent.  They don’t respond to anything. Unless you are late or doing the job completely wrong, people do not respond via email.  They just don’t.  I think I’m going to start asking for phone numbers from now on because I’ve got a mailbox ful...

Bands, chains and broad biomechanical correspondence
2006-04-01 03:47:00
[Summary: The addition of bands or chains to free weights permits adjustment of the resistance to the muscles' load-bearing capacity throughout an exercise movement. This broad biomechanical correspondence allows exercises to be performed explosively over their full range, effectively conditioning the body for actual sporting and athletic activities. The development of sophisticated mechanisms employing the same principle has important implications for sport-specific strength development.]There are two main types of variable resistance exercise equipment:Close biomechanical correspondenceManufacturers of cam-driven machines claim to vary their resistance to closely match the torque curves of natural joint movements. In other words they assert a close biomechanical correspondence (CBC) between resistance and muscular capacity. However, given the variation between individuals in relative limb lengths, muscle attachment points, genetically endowed strength relativities between various...
