3g Iphone to cost 16000 to 18000 in India
2008-07-07 08:06:00 The much talked about 3g Iphone is going to cost you between Rs. 16000 to Rs. 18000 as per the report published in Business Standard today. This is probably the first official news for 3g Iphone pricing. I had expected it to be in that range, as neither Vodafone or Airtel could subsidize the cost of the handset as AT&T has done it in US. The US carriers can afford to subsidize the handset cost by tying up users with a 2 year contract costing $50 upwards per month. Here is what BS reports:

I knew about it and we just haven't gotten around to it. Sure enough, during the gully-washer of a storm, the gutters were full of debris and the ceiling in my home-office developed a leak. It would have been cheaper to just fix the blasted hole when we first found out about it -- now we have to fix the ceiling as well. But keeping up with the maintenance of a house can be a daunting task. It's not the money, as fixing this particular problem is more aggravation and time-consuming than expensive.
