[Video] Cursors Found in the ?SquareEnix? Folder
2008-02-02 21:27:00 While I was browsing around for unnecessary files on my 88% full hard drive on my Desktop using WinDirStat, I found the ‘SquareEnix’ folder was still there, though I uninstalled it back in the Spring, since it was decided that I wasn’t going to play it anymore since WoW is the frequently used MMORPG on my computer. It’s taking up 500 MB…I need as much space as possible. I want to delete this folder…but, wait. What’s in it? It’s mouse cursors used in Final Fantasy XI! I can’t let this go to waste…so what do I do with them? Use them! One of the new scripts removes the protection that was offered by eEye Digital Security. The recent one released by ‘jamikazu’ targets the eEye patch as well as Windows Vista. “Works on fully patched Windows Vista, I think it is first real remote code execution exploit on Vista,” the release notes say.The exploit scripts released this weekend; two of them target Windows Vista. Vista Ultimate and Vista Enterprise versions 6.0 with default installs and UAC enabled were exploited successfully. One of the exploits is being debated on several security mailing lists. One focus of epidemiological studies has been the premorbid state and the definition of factors present during childhood or adolescence which might be associated with later onset of disease. This contrasts with the prodrome, which can be seen as comprising the early manifestations of the onset of disease. Follow-back studies It has long been recognised that people who develop schizophrenia may present as ?odd? in childhood (Bleuler, 1911). Follow-back studies, although susceptible to recall bias, do suggest a pattern of early abnormal development. Analysis of school reports of people with schizophrenia showed differences in childhood social behaviour (Watt, 1978) in a reconstructed cohort. |
