2008-06-06 06:04:00 This gelding is very nice. He is green broke, but before the owners could finish breaking him, they have had to move back into town. That is why he is up for sale. He and his pasture mate are both on here listed for sale. We do not know a lot about his background. I think he is a paint because of the blaze on this face, but he could be QH? He is a gelding. Can make this boy into anything you want. Very stout and full of muscle. NICE. The owners said they thought he was about 3 or 4 years old. I would guess he is between 14 and 15 hands. We really want them to go to a nice home.

DUI breath test machines utilize software to compute the test results. In order to mount an aggressive DUI defense an experienced attorney must attack every piece of evidence and each element of the crime. It seems a no brainer for a defense attorney to request access to review the breath test machine software. Steven Light did just that. The issue states the government must hand over to the defense all evidence they rely upon to prosecute the defendant. That includes the inner workings of the breath test machine. Light’s client Glenn Levine pleaded guilty to his DUI, but reserved the right to appeal the software issue. After careful cleaning and removing rock from its body, scientists were able to identify the dinosaur as an Edmontosaurus. Something I have been thinking it was. Especially since this fossil was found dated to about 67 million years ago at the same time Edmontosaurus once roamed the earth. I thought it was an Edmontosaurus when I first looked at the fossil and the dinosaur and now I know for sure it is an Edmontosaurus, one of the most common duck-billed dinosaurs that lived in large herds for protection against their tyrannosaurian enemies. There has been talk about touring the fossil all over the country, but I'm like Laelaps who would rather just have National Geographic not rush into showing off the fossil and allow more time for the fossil to be throughly studied and researched.

New Mexico will be B5 by 2012 and four other states have B2 mandates. The Missouri bill passed the first preliminary approval hurdle this week and now needs to be voted on in the state House and Senate before moving forward.Meanwhile, in South Dakota, the Governor has signed into law a piece of legislation that drops the tax on diesel fuel by two cents a gallon if it contains at least five percent biodiesel blended in. By that time I had the little grade mare worth her weight in gold, Misty, who Jess and Gerald had found for me. I had been able to get him on the trail. The first trail ride, Todd took him out along the road while I rode Misty, Dakota reared at a passing truck. The second was on the trail and Todd rode again. Getting him to cross water was a challenge, but once he did get in the water, we had to get him out quick. Dakota loved water! The next few trail rides, I was able to take him out with a group, although he could behave so badly on the ground, he wasn't too bad out on the trail.
