Greg and Susan Vasilakos, who have moved from Carpinteria to Colorado, learned days ago that Danny Boy has been found. The bird flew away on Dec. 6, 2006, leaving the couple heartbroken.

On some nights, he can look like Cy Young and a top tier starter; however, some nights, he looks like he's still going through on-the-job-training.In 2007, a season where the organization hoped that he'd become the man most in baseball figured he would be, he seemed to take step back backwards. He became nothing more than an innings-eater and labored through a lot of tough situations on the mound.Seeing him interact regularly with some friends of mine after games on occasion, he's a great guy and could be a beacon PR-wise for the Orioles if he was ever given the chance.However, to get to that point, he has to improve on the mound, and after being in the league several seasons, he needs to take the step forward.In the end, he'll be judged by his win-loss record, and in 2008, we'll learn if he's part of the problem or part of the solution. He'd balked in a run.I have no idea what Daniel was thinking, but the pitch that nearly hit Pedroia sure looked intentional or he had some miserable timing.Honestly, it looks like Daniel just lost control for a second of his emotions and he nearly caused a brawl. The umpires did the right thing by ejecting him, as the situation could have easily gotten out of hand. This was before I caught one of they're newest films, Sunshine. Needless to say, I was impressed; so I decided to instead feature the entire repertoire of the, in my opinion, perfect, combination of film making talent. So, let us begin with the film that started it all, The Beach. The year was 2000 and we were all reeling from the panic that ensued in preparation for Y2K which, as you remember, didn't happen. But that's besides the point. Let's see where were we... 2000, and Leonardo DiCaprio had come off of such performances as Titanic, The Man in The Iron Mask, and my favorite The Basketball Diaries. The next step is to acquire a veteran point guard, as Rajon Rando can't lead this team, and with that they are suddenly a legitimate contender to represent the East in the NBA Finals. Congrats Celts fans! Enjoy these next few years cause after they're done things might get real ugly, real quickly.

He?s the director who brought you ?Trainspotting? and ?28 Days Later?.Like what ?28 Weeks Later? director Eli Roth is doing with the creation of ?Cell,? Boyle is also trying to lure audiences with the fear of real-world Armageddon.In ?Sunshine,? astronauts are sent to reignite the dying sun 50 years in the future. The plot, though, doesn?t center around the sun?s death in the traditional sense.Instead, the sun has been ?infected? with a ?Q-ball,? which is a super-symmetric nucleus left over from the big bang that is disrupting normal matter.As I will be out of town on July 18 when Boyle comes to Chicago for a press day, I am efforting scheduling a phoner. Currently, the man is busy shooting Slumdog Millionaire and was in Mumbai, India scouting for locations! Slumdog Millionaire is based on Vikas Swarup’s bestseller Q & A and according to Boyle, it is "a great love story that will be partly in Hindi, mostly in English”. Boyle also met Shahrukh Khan, however for now has not signed any Bollywood star! Wouldn't it be great if Boyle collaborated with Aamir Khan, who for sure will do full justice to the movie!
