Darcy Tucker out with knee injury
2007-10-22 23:25:00 Sportsnet is reporting that Toronto Maple Leafs' sparkplug Darcy Tucker is sidelined indefinitely with a knee injury. Tucker, who has just one goal in seven games this year, suffered the injury Saturday during the Leafs' 6-4 loss to the Chicago Blackhawks.An aggressive player who had 52 goals in two seasons prior to 2007, Tucker's reckless style of play often had Leaf fans holding their breath in anticipation of a serious injury. Tucker was on pace for a career year last season before missing 26 games.More details will be announced as they are released.
