That's progress in the CBD for you, and it's a reminder of how dynamic this city of ours is, really.I guess most of us in the city, because of our latent need to go about our daily businesses, don't really take the time off to appreciate how changes like these take place-- one moment, people were still working in the building and buying 4D and Toto lottery tickets at the Turf Club outlet at the ground floor of Asia Chambers, the next thing you know, you get excavators hoisted up to the rooftops and starting to tear down concrete and steel.Amazing how fast these guys work: hoisted up by crane in the night, I presume, and then these mechanical arms start breaking through the structures chunk by chunk.That's progress.
