Officers are often seen chatting it up in parking lots when they should be out patrolling the neighborhoods.The picture comes from this article where the caption claims that there was an increase in "vigilance" at Freedom High School on Feb. 29th, the day that mass violence was expected to erupt. However, those officers are not patrolling, they are chatting. If they were patrolling they wouldn't be parked in opposite directions so far away from the school.That photograph shows an example of how officers in Bethlehem Township and all around the Lehigh Valley (including the State Police) waste time and fuel.
