After the Fly Fusion Pen, Nokia is preparing to launch its Nokia SU-27W. This codename sounds like a Russian fighter plane but it is a Bluetooth pen that can function for 3 hours before running out of battery. The tiny 1.3MB of on-board memory should be enough to store about 100 A5 pages (of normal text), according to Nokia. As with many of these pens, a special paper is required so that the tiny internal camera can find markers to know where the tip of the pen is. It launches on December 20th and should cost $240. If u dont have bluetooth dongle devices then the pen can still connect to a PC and transfer notes via a USB cable. Sure, you could write it on a piece of paper, but what if that paper got ripped, or blown away by a strong gust of wind? Well luckily, EPOS Technologies thought about all of this and came up with a solution: a digital pen which records your movements on a piece of paper, and then saves them to a USB flash drive for later use. The two-part combo utilizes the company's proprietary system of transmission which employs ultrasonic acoustic waves to help measure the distance and position of the pen, so apparently all you have to do is clip the flash drive to a notepad or related writing surface, and off you go.
