From the Editor’s note on the article: Editor’s note: The Hawaii-based television show, “Dog, The Bounty Hunter,” featured on Sept. 28, 2004, the grandfather of 23-month-old Cyrus Belt - Lilo Asiata - as the “Godfather of Waikiki.” To give you a little background on the situation: Cyrus was thrown from an H-1 Freeway overpass to his death last week by his neighbor Matthew Higa who is reportedly a mentally ill drug addict.
