2007-11-08 14:50:00 Ahhhhh… another uneventful day working at Woolworth’s, avoiding cranky customers and supervisors, to provide a quality shopping experience to the public. I can’t believe some guy (a few weeks ago) asked me how to use his Credit Card!!! It was like he didn’t understand fully, what it was or how it worked! LOL it was really hard to explain to him, considering he didn’t speak English. Anyway getting back to my uneventful work story, I got put back on boring express service; gosh I’m so sick of saying, “Next Please”, “Hi, how are you?”, “Have a nice day” Lol no wonder I feel like such a Turd, after each shift there. And when your put down the end of the express lane, where no one can hear or see you, and you have to shout and jump up and down, waving your hands wildly in the air to get the customer’s attention!!! Man caught in hotel room dressed in latex and shacked up with a donkey. Humans never cease to amaze me. What does amaze me is that the defendant told the hotel receptionist the donkey was a family pet, a "super rabbit" that he was bringing to a pet fair in the city. And the very fact that there is an "Unlawful Accommodation of Donkeys Act 1937" almost made me die from laughter.I got the results of my dreaded business test back today. I got a B+ on it so I'm quite happy with that. Ordinarily, I would really want an A but I have to admit I'm struggling in this class. I have so much trouble retaining the information. I also had a feedback session with the program coordinator, which went very well. The feedback I received from all my instructors was positive and I'm feeling really good about school.
