O METAL GEAR ONLINE PREMIERE ?, ao que parece, foi restringido aos jogadores Europeus (se forem à página de MGO, ao fazerem o log in, irão ver que o site japonês apenas está aberto a endereços IP Japoneses). A Konami avança ainda que os jogadores europeus irão ter Metal Gear Online Beta muito, muito brevemente, segundo a EuroGamer. Já relativamente às covers oficiais de Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots, já foram reveladas as covers Europeias e Norte-Americanas.
