He also discussed how the Indian wines serve as a good introduction to wines and help the sales of the imported more expensive ones. Before becoming a successful businessman and acclaimed globe-trotter restaurateur, Alain Ducasse was first and foremost a brilliant interpret of haute Mediterranean cuisine.
