2007-09-18 04:24:00 I suppose I should have viewed the Emmys last night, being a entertainment blogger and all. However, I'm afraid I'll have to disappoint my tens of fans by stating that I just couldn't bring myself to watch it last night. It wasn't a conservative's "shut up and sing" aversion to the PC atmosphere characteristic of award shows; if anything, that makes them a little more interesting. I certainly don't hate entertainers; I'd be thrilled to meet many of them and am certain that they populate the gamut of human goodness and intelligence in the same proportions as teachers and soldiers. However, just like I appreciate indoor plumbing but don't watch Plumbing Tonight on the P channel. I love the end result of entertainers' products, but don't otherwise find actors compelling. Take away their beauty and their ability to shed a tear on queue, and you have, well, everybody else. => Read more!

2007-09-18 00:40:00 Terri Hatcher was one of the few celebrities to change dresses from the Emmy Awards to the parties. I think it was a change for the worst.It was hard to find any pictures of Ana Ortiz on the red carpet at the Emmy's, so I had to settle for a picture from the ET party. Once again it is a change for the worst, as her red carpet Escada sequined dress was far superior to the monochrome dress she wore to the TV Guide party.Lisa Rinna's dress are equally beautiful. But if I had to choose I would go for the white strapless gown.Hayden Panettiere definitely had a change for the better in this aqua mini dress.
