2008-05-18 20:34:00 Rating: 0 Posted By: garyp2008 Views: 86 Replies: 2 Found this one in my Fast Company Magazine, and have already taken advantage of the offer. Downloads were fast and easy, and so was cancellation. Looks to be very easy to sign up again, but I thought I'd share the info with everyone. Used a virtual credit card just to ensure easy cancellation, but they make it very easy to cancel, anyway.Site doesn't have all of the latest and greatest music, but I found plenty that I like, including some great comedy.Just also noticed that the card from the magazine promotes a Bonus of 1 free Audiobook, which I missed before cancelling...Have fun.MusilinkMore Online Coupons from Fatwallet.com.

How To Get 25 Free MP3 (I) Emusic Review
2007-10-31 21:14:00 Emusic has become the Internet largest provider of DRM-free MP3s. The ?Digital Rights Management? or DRM is a security software embedded with MP3s, which usually comes from service providers like the Real?s Rhapsody, Microsoft?s URGE and Apple?s iTunes, that avert users from taking certain actions with their purchased MP3s like backing up files, transferring to many computers, or even playing it without being connected to the service. With Emusic?s MP3s however, you can literally do anything with it once you make that purchased. Perhaps, it comes with a twist. Most of the collections are from less popular or self-composed artists. It is likely you won?t be able to stumble on the latest hit songs on the site. So, this is a good place to heed forward to if you particularly crave for something different than those flooding the mainstream. There are vast genre selections available ? Punk, Heavy Metal, Classical and Jazz among others. For starters, Emusic is offering free trial which yo...

LetThereBeMusic.org and CHRIS Kids
2007-02-21 04:11:13 Some HearYa friends started a new charity called Let There Be Music, committed to teaching children that have been abused, neglected, or abandoned how to play an instrument. They are partnering with an organization called CHRIS Kids (Children Have Rights In Society) that already works with such children in Atlanta. The idea is to have musicians donate time to teach and mentor while others donate money or instruments to provide children with the tools they need to get going. They already have several musicians interesting in teaching and we have a lot of sponsors. Each sponsor is responsible for a single child and can usually outfit them with what they need for under $200. In some cases, people might join together to sponsor someone. The biggest shortage they have is with musicians. If you are a musician in Atlanta, or know one, let them know about this cause. Also, if you have an instrument in the closet that you are not playing please consider donating it. (If you haven’t pla...
