"Cliffs of Dover" won a 1991 Grammy award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance, beating out the Allman Brothers Band (for "Kind Of Bird"), Danny Gatton (for "Elmira Street Boogie"), Rush (for "Where's My Thing?"), and Yes (for "Masquerade").
