Agents are invited to create a profile for free, filling in information like what towns or neighborhoods they serve and what services they provide. Then potential buyers or sellers can search through them, giving criteria like neighborhood, property type, purchase type and by telling whether they're a first time buyer, investor, etc. Users can also report agents if they find the agents are displaying false or misleading information. The advantage is, since there's no fee and no paying to get ahead, you'll really (theoretically) get a good listing of several agents that can provide you the service you need.
