2007-01-31 01:47:01 Here's another interesting study reported on in the September issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine.105 lunch patrons of fast food restaurants were asked to estimate the amount of calories in the meal they were consuming. Another group consisting of 40 university undergraduate students were asked the same thing, when given meals of 15 varying sizes. In both study groups, participants were able to pretty accurately calculate the calorie contents of smaller meals, but when portion sizes were larger this was not so.
