I love them because co-blogger Steve Dickinson and our Chinese affiliated lawyers do all the work. I also love them because it is the rare WFOE that does not also need real estate, labor law, and IP assistance to go with the new company. They often require additional work as well, such as contracts, environmental compliance, government approvals, etc. In other words, the forming of one WFOE is almost always the forming of a long term and fruitful legal relationship. There were a ton of great sessions geared for those of us who call a blog home. It was a terrific learning experience! That said, I want to go again! Unfortunately last year I went on the good grace of using prize money from a contest to pay for the $395 for the Weekend Pass level of registration. Comparatively yes, I’m doing better than some considering the state of the economy, however I still don’t quite have the dough to make the $400 registration + $120 for a hotel + $150 for a flight = $670 is outside my price range! 2009-05-06 07:19:00 Many visitors to Phuket probably don't realise that over a quarter of Phuket's population is Muslim. I think there is an assumption that everyone is Buddhist, so I can imagine tourists being surprised by the large number of mosques dotted around the island - you'll pass several between the airport and the southern beaches. There are some huge mosques, the largest being at Cherng Talay (I do plan to "blog" it sometime), near Bang Tao and Surin Beaches. Officially, Thailand is a Buddhist country, but many parts of the south have large Muslim populations. There has been violence for many years in the 3 provinces bordering Malaysia, but in Phuket I am happy to say that everyone lives together happily regardless of religion. I have a favourite street in old Phuket Town where you can find a Chinese shrine, a mosque and a Catholic church more or less right next to each other. Così ha pensato di utilizzare il blog per cercare un "mecenate" che desiderasse sponsorizzare la sua partecipazione all'evento: viaggio, pernottamento, iscrizione, etc. In cambio avrebbe offerto la copertura mediatica dell'evento per l'intera settimana con interviste, articoli, foto e così via. Fuegos artificiales, proyecciones multimedia, Reyes, Presidentes y altos cargos brillando en la inauguración de este show macabro y cruel. We, um, didn't use you.(Credit: Windows Live Expo) Chalk one point up to Craigslist: Microsoft has decided to shut down Windows Live Expo, the classifieds service that it originally launched in February 2006. Expo will disappear on July 31, a notice on the site explains. Until then, no new listings can be posted or extended, and no new accounts can be created. Microsoft representatives could not immediately be reached regarding further information, and the most recent post on the Expo blog is from last September. Online classifieds continue to be dominated by Craigslist, a scrappy start-up with a hippie attitude and a user interface worthy of 1997. The company is currently ensnared in a legal tiff with major investor eBay over the auction giant's in-house classifieds site, Kijiji.

As it seems he will be catwalking for the popular fashion house Laforet, which is bringing selected goodies from Baby, the Stars shine bright and Black Peace Now to Europe. Both brands are the absolute top of the gothic lolita fashion movement.The event is going to be held on July 5 2008 at Paris, Parc des Expositions de Paris-Nord Villepinte.Furthermore X-Japan announced they will be playing a concert the very same day at the Japan Expo!
