Bills OC Steve Fairchild to coach Colorado State
2007-12-12 20:58:00 Fairchild, right, to coach his alma mater (BuffaloBills.com) [editor's note, by Brian Galliford] Bills offensive coordinator Steve Fairchild will officially assume head coaching duties at his alma mater, Colorado State University, upon completion of the Bills' regular season. Therefore, he'll finish this season as Buffalo's offensive coordinator, and then the search for a replacement commences. Thanks to MARVelous for breaking the story here. Believe it or not, I may actually miss the man I affectionately dubbed SF-M (Steve Fairchild-Mularkey). Why? Certainly not because of his play-calling; more because of the good job he's done with Trent Edwards this season. Losman's football team. Despite his sprained knee that will likely keep him out until after the Week Six bye, there is very little chance that he'll keep his seat on the bench once he's healthy and ready to return. This remains Losman's make-or-break year, regardless of how poorly he's played in the two full games he's gotten. That needed to be clarified first.
