Fox and Seth MacFarlane were all set to team up for "Family Guy Presents: Seth and Alex's Almost Live Comedy Show," which was going to feature MacFarlane's garden variety Holocaust humor, abortion jokes, adultery jokes, feminine hygiene jokes, incest jokes, Helen Keller jokes, racial jokes and jokes about cripples, but also had a taped number from the late country singer Conway Twitty that Microsoft simply could not countenance....
