I inherited it, and a friend called saying a friend of my mother's wanted to rent it. I rented it to her, through a broker. She saw it, saw it was little, etc. and rented it.She has been complaining (this is only the first month!)-needs ramps for her walker - I installed 2 rams-needs help putting the gas heater on - I came by and turned the switches on for her (I also brought two $70 electric heaters and plugged them in for her and told her to use them.)-needed the refrig lowered - I did this-needed an ele outlet checked as it didn't work. I called an electriction - he went to the house and when I called him back for a report he said - she's crazy, there is dog feces and urine near the outlets. 3 don't work 4 work. He won't go back and won't recommend anyone. I called another electrician and I am meeting him there tomorrow at 2. I c...
