Introducing… MMA Fight Girls, MMA Gear Friday
2008-01-18 02:47:00 MMA Fight Girls has started a new concept that we hope we can maintain each week - MMA Gear Friday. Each Friday, we plan to review some free MMA Gear that companies throw our way. Whether it be Shorts/Trunks (Boxing, Muay Thai, Grappling, BJJ, whatever…), Gloves (Boxing, Muay Thai), Pads (Shin Pads, Thai Pads, Focus Mits), Wraps, Bags (Heavy Bags, Speed Bags…) T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies, Magazines, Books, Supplements, Mouth Pieces or something unmentioned, we’d love to review it and get the word out there. So, if you have a product that you would like to promote, we’d love some free swag (size Large will do) to write about. If you’re interested, drop a comment and we’ll write you.

2007-08-29 21:30:00 Fight Girl Dawn Boyd comes out against her Thai opponent and receives a straight kick right from the start. Dawn and her aggressive opponent exchange a series of knees and punches until Dawn gets tackled to the mat. After a good first round, Dawn and her opponent smile at each other, touch gloves to acknowledge this round. The girls go at it for 2 more rounds, Dawn throws some big shots as well as her opponent. Dawn eventually shows signs of a bloody nose, and strikes back. Find out what happens in the video below: YouTube Direktvideo link

2007-06-27 20:42:00 If you like reality shows like I do, Fight Girls is one you have got to check out. These girls are the real 'Bad Girls'! A champion in Muay Thai Boxing, Master Toddy trains 10 girls chosen to compete against each other for a chance to go to Thailand and battle for the World Championship belt in Muay Thai. Every week, 2 girls are chosen to fight with the winner moving on to Thailand. Sometimes the girls are friends and must break their bond in order to have a good fight. Some girls are cocky and confidant, some are scared and unexperienced. But you really never know who is going to win until they are in the ring. I only wish that Oxygen could show more of the actual fights themselves. The girls fight for three-10 minute rounds, and you only get to see a small part of the fight. But when you do it is worth the wait. Whether they win or not, these girls are to be commended. They worked hard to get where they are and their bodies are amazingly powerful and fit.
