In the suit, Tesla claims that Fisker stole trade secrets and designed an inferior product. Tesla hired Fisker to design its WhiteStar sedan, but says Fisker left them with a sub-par design — especially when compared to the Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid sedan. Fisker denies the allegations, even calling it "a ridiculous suit," according to Automotive News. In other Fisker news, the automaker says that its Karma sedan is on schedule for production — as evidenced by the latest spy shots. I think the 2 first events has suffered because FEG rushed into them. For DREAM 3 things are looking WAY better. They are setting up reserve fights for the tournaments and also a welterweight championship eliminator fight! This is stuff I really like and I think DREAM 3 is showing signs that DREAM are serious.
