2008-02-03 12:24:00 I had a few last night. I was throwing away the last of my sketch books and I found some old drawings I did. They are pretty significant to what happened to me, so I kept them. I didn't mean to start and remember, but I did. I remembered the smells, the touch, the place again. I even remembered some of the people. It made me feel sick. I took my meds. and waited to fall asleep. I cried myself to sleep again. I felt helpless. It got so bad I started to sleep in the little ball position again. I was shaking a little and I had to get a pile of clothing that was mine on my bed so that I could sleep. I still feel a little sick from all this. I'm glad I remembered nothing new, but I hate the feelings that come with these. It's raining today and I'm feeling sad and dirty.
