Un brano che ha fatto storcere il naso a non pochi, per certi versi diverso dai precedenti lavori della band: una virata verso la musica dance, sebbene si riconosca lo stile dei Bloc Party. Personalmente ritengo che "Flux" sia un bell'esercizio di stile, tra l'altro parecchio accattivante. Manipolazione elettronica dei suoni, ritmo serrato e danzereccio, una melodia orecchiabile, la splendida voce di Kele Okereke, le chitarre presenti ma rese come un'immagine quasi spettrale, tanta energia e l'atmosfera che i Bloc Party sanno creare. Tutto questo fa di "Flux" una canzone trascinante e d'effetto che, personalmente, ho apprezzato sin da subito e che non riesco a smettere di ascoltare.
