2008-02-23 05:28:00 It snowed during the night and in the early hours of the morning I suddenly awakened from a deep sleep. Wondering why, I got out of bed and wandered around the apartment. There is a night light over the outside stairs that lead from our door down to the ground level. Looking out I saw the steps covered with undisturbed snow. But on the walkway that begins at the bottom there were two footprints. No tracks leading to that spot or away from it. That got my attention and quick. I bet the âlittle fellersâ were somewhere nearby watching my eyes bug out and enjoying their joke. I went around all day humming the theme from âThe Twilight Zone.â Something I noticed though...I felt especially good today.
