It's ancient vid when Bill hosted the frothy entertainment show "Inside Edition" 1989-1995 before Deborah Norville. Bill bellows "f**k" when he effs up his lines and blames it on the studio grunts. I got a recurrence of post-traumatic stress symptoms after watching O'Reilly's outburst... In Bill's playbook there's a chapter on devaluing humans, rationalization, delusion, and violence.
