The new Pinch of Salt line checks in at 30 to 50 percent less sodium than the original snacks at 75 mg per one-ounce serving. They come in four types: Lay?s Classic Potato Chips, Ruffles Potato Chips, Tostitos Tortilla Chips and Fritos Corn Chips. We tried the Ruffles Potato Chips and we really liked them. I have one kid who couldn't keep her hands off of them and I thought they tasted far more potato-ey (I know that's not a word) with less salt - that's a good thing! We didn't miss the salt at all and I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors, as well.

2007-06-15 15:52:00 Una version adaptada a los gustos de casa. Literalmente "frito". Queda muy suelto y se puede tomar de un dia para otro, incluso aguanta mas. Por supuesto se le pueden añadir mas cosas.Ingredientes:- Arroz- Cebolla- Jamon York- Guisantes- Zanahoria- Huevos- Aceite de girasolElaboracion:Ponemos el arroz a hervir en abundante agua con sal. Hay que tener cuidado de que no se pase, es mejor casi al "dente". Enfriamos con agua y colamos.Hervimos los guisantes y colamos.Preparamos la cebolla finamente picada, la ponemos en una sarten grande con aceite y la freimos hasta que esté transparente. Añadimos el arroz y rehogamos a fuego medio, removiendo de abajo hacia arriba para no partirlo. Cuando esté rehogado apartamos del fuego y le añadimos el jamón york cortado a cuadraditos, los guisantes escurridos y la zanahoria rallada.Por último, hacemos una tortilla con dos o tres huevos y la partimos en trocitos. Mezclamos con el arroz y rectificamos de sal.
