That album spawned the hits "Decent Days and Nights" and "Hounds of Love". Their second album, News and Tributes, came in 2006 and contained the college radio hit "Skip to the End". Now its 2008 and the Futureheads release their third album, This is Not the World.The Futureheads dancable post-punk sound is easily comparable to bands like XTC or the Cars. It would be easy for them to be confused with Louis XIV or the Bravery, but the Futureheads' manic energy is what really separate them from their contemporaries.On This is Not the World, the Futureheads seem to embrace their destiny: to write three-minute power-pop gems.
