Players say that everything just feels right and everybody else seems to move slower while they're fast. The ball appears bigger and moves slower allowing them to do no wrong. I said after the first loss to the Phillies that the Mets were missing a gamer and Jose Reyes and Luis Castillo struggling maybe it was time to shuffle the batting order. I suggested putting Church in the two hole, with Castillo out stubborn Willie was forced to move someone into the spot. He selected Pagan and what a perfect fit for the spot ( I give Willie credit when its due), Pagan was the spark plug that fueled the offense. It even seemed that Pagan's energy rubbed off on the struggling Jose Reyes. What a 1-2 punch they turned out to be in extra innings, with Castillo possibly returning tonight I wonder what Willie will do ( I would bat Louie 8th).
