Ian McKellen has confirmed that he will once again reprise his role as Gandalf in this prequel to the Lord of the Rings!He wrote in his official site:"Encouragingly, Peter and Fran Walsh have told me they couldn't imagine The Hobbit without their original Gandalf. Their confidence hasn't yet been confirmed by the director Guillermo del Toro but I am keeping my diary free for 2009!"Now that this is the case, I'm so looking forward to The Hobbit. 2007-09-09 21:41:00 One of my favourite scenes in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, is the early sequence where Gandalf confronts Bilbo over his addictive possessiveness with regard to the One Ring. Sadly the sequence is not on YouTube yet, so I'll do my best to recount it for you:Basically Gandalf... suspecting the true nature of Bilbo's trinket, gently suggests that Bilbo hand it over.... but Bilbo is too caught up in the Ring's power to obey and becomes increasingly possessive and even agitated - to the point of shaking his fists at Gandalf (not a good plan). It's at this point that Gandalf suddenly changes his attitude... the room darkens, he appears to grow... and he thunders out in a terrifyingly loud voice..."BILBO BAGGINS! Pues resulta que un día, en un lugar muy, muy lejano de alguna galaxia que no se donde está ya que no tengo actualizado el Space TomTom, un jedi llama a la puerta de Gandalf, para pedir indicaciones de cómo llegar a Tatooine, ya que se encuentra muy lejos de Coruscant y como que no le apetece darse el paseo para consultar en la bliblioteca Jedi. Así que decide parar por donde Gandalf. Gandalf, como ya tiene una edad y el señorico ya no ve bien, pues piensa que el jedi es un Nâzgul y se lo carga, así por las buenas con su increíble poder? bueno lo mata y punto. Gandalf coge el arma del jedi (un sable láser) y ve que tiene inscrito:- Si el dueño de esta arma ha muerto y/o e evaporado, por favor devolverla a la siguiente dirección: Templo Jedi, Coruscant -. En esto que Gandalf coge el arma y se va a Coruscant a cantarle las cuarenta al jefe de esta tribu por mandarle un Nâzgul a incordiarle, que no sirven para otra...
