I told them they had to remove the garbage from the porch and dispose of it. Well they moved it alright- from the porch to their truck. They live in the back of me - I live in the front. Now the truck is parked in my driveway (shared driveway) with a pile of garbage clearly visible for all to see. I have spoken with them 3 times, the last time stating the garbage had to be taken care of this week, immediately and that this is a violation of their lease, which it is (on the lease it states garbage is to be taken care of by tenant and to be removed from the property at least once a week).
