I don't think I'm the only one who thinks it looks messy, cluttered and/or tacky (am I?). But I had to comment on these shots from Apartment Therapy's Small Cool competition. They are inspiring examples of how greenery can tastefully be brought to a balcony or patio.Can't go wrong with a teensy, pretty flower box...
